REBRANDING - ANDRADE MARINHO LMF
Andrade Marinho LMF é uma construtora sediada em Campina Grande-PB, com mais de 40 anos de atuação no mercado. O projeto de rebranding teve como principal objetivo humanizar a marca. Para isso, criamos um símbolo que representasse os atributos físicos e emocionais que a compra de um novo imóvel pode significar.
A moldura em formato de casa representa uma janela, que pode ser vista de fora para dentro ou de dentro para fora. O símbolo serviu como base para o desenvolvimento de todos os elementos da identidade, como ilustrações, ícones, diagramações e o padrão inspirado nos Cobogós, reforçando a identidade e o orgulho nordestino da marca.

Andrade Marinho LMF is a construction company based in Campina Grande, with over 40 years in the market. The rebranding project aimed primarily to humanize the brand. To achieve this, we created a symbol that represents the physical and emotional attributes that the purchase of a new property can entail.
The house-shaped frame represents a window, which can be viewed from the outside in or from the inside out. The symbol served as the foundation for developing all aspects of the brand identity, including illustrations, icons, layouts, and the pattern inspired by 'Cobogós,' reinforcing the brand's Northeastern identity and pride.
